• Please take note that the products you receive might differ slightly from those in the photo(s) you might have seen on our site as everything is handmade and no two is exactly the same.
• No cancellation of orders once they're confirmed.
• All payments are only accepted in SGD$ only. Any other payments of other currencies are not allowed.
• For meet-ups,we'll be available at Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Do contact us to arrange a meet-up. However, take note that meet-ups will be arranged to our convenience. Please try your very best to be punctual as we might have to meet other customers too.
• If you suddenly have to cancel your meet-up, please inform us (either by mail or tagging at our tagboard) at least one hour in advance.
• If you really cannot make it for any meet-ups, please tell us and we'll send your product to you via post. Postage fees apply. You will then have to transfer the money to our bank account. Contact us for more information.
• We will, however, not be responsible for lost normal mails as normal mailing is untraceable. But, if you would like to track your mail status, we would suggest you opt for Registered mailing as the RA number will be emailed to you once we post your mail. You can track it at http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp.
• Try to bring the exact amount of money to be paid for the product ordered. However, if you really do not have loose change, we have only coins in SGD$0.50, SGD$0.20 and SGD$1.00.
• Prices are non-negotiable (so no bargains please!) and no exchanges or refunds once the item is sold.
• We go according to the "money first" way. We guarantee that we definitely WON'T cheat you of your money. Promise promise with all our heart. So we will have to receive your money first before we send your item to you.
• We'll also help you to fix any broken item FOC within one week from the time you received the item!(: (Postage fees still apply.) But... after that, you'll have to pay us a little to get it fixed. :D
• Our contact number will be given once the order is confirmed. In other words, NO phone, NO deal.
• We'll try and respond to your enquiries, emails or orders in three days. Sorry if we're any later!
